Worst service experience ever. I went there to get a duplicate key made which should have been a simple job. They said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. After a waited an hour and a half I went to is how my job was going. They didn't even have a record of my car or what needed to be done. After a lot of checking and insisting that I did really bring in my car they found it siting in the lot and no one knew what needed to be done. They blamed the problem on a new computer system. Don't go to this dealer for service. You may never get your car back. More

When the wheel and tire modifications installed by the dealership damaged my brand new vehicle, it was insinuated by the general manager that the damage was my fault; even though it is undeniable that the damage was caused by the dealership's negligence. Their "efforts" were for me to trade the vehicle in and lose $9,000. They have no accountability and offer the absolute bare minimum customer service. More

We had a great experience buying our Honda Pilot from LHM in Murray! Wayne Emery was our sales person...he was Exceptional! No pressure, a genuinely pleasant guy and he had a vast knowledge of the vehicle t in Murray! Wayne Emery was our sales person...he was Exceptional! No pressure, a genuinely pleasant guy and he had a vast knowledge of the vehicle that we intended to order, however, my wife drove the showroom floor model, loved everything about the vehicle, so we bought it! We were in the dealership late in the evening thus the detail staff were already gone by the time I was completing the purchase and drove the vehicle home. My wife took the vehicle back the next day so that it could be detailed. Wayne went above and beyond our 'service expectations' in making this work out, on short notice, by arranging to have his vehicle available for my wife to borrow so that she could return to work and leave the vehicle there to be detailed. Jon Thomas was the finance guy and he was excellent too! This was my first time purchasing a vehicle at Larry H Miller in Murray, I'd highly recommend anyone looking for a painless and exceptional vehicle buying experience to go see Wayne at the LHM Murray dealership! Called the dealership twice to find out what the price of a 30K mile service would be. The reps that schedule appointments couldn’t tell me. They took my # to have someone call me. No call a few hours lat a 30K mile service would be. The reps that schedule appointments couldn’t tell me. They took my # to have someone call me. No call a few hours later, so I called again. Tried to talk to someone in the service department, twice, both times it hung up on me. So I called the reps that schedule appointments again hoping they could successfully transfer me to someone in the service department. Nope! They took my number again and said someone would call me. Guess what? No call. You can’t tell me that they were so busy that someone couldn’t take two minutes to call me and give me some prices. I called Ken Garff Honda and was able to get someone in the service department immediately, and I got my pricing. Oh, i also messaged my service rep through the Larry Miller app to see if I’d have any luck there. As I’m sure you can guess by now, no answer to my very simple question. More
Came in looking for cars advertised in their online inventory to find out they don't update it so anything I was interested in was long gone. Was then subjected to some type of stall tactics after prev inventory to find out they don't update it so anything I was interested in was long gone. Was then subjected to some type of stall tactics after previously waiting 30 mins just to speak to the salesman that had been assigned to me. He would leave for 15 mins just to get more information while I could see what he was doing the entire time. I asked for a different salesperson who then did everything Kyle said he was doing in a matter of seconds on his computer in front of him. Not sure how he is their top salesperson with such blatant disregard for the customer. Getting the actual information from Edgar Vega was the only redeeming factor from the whole visit. Hopefully, Kyle was just having a bad day. More
