Nathan in service was excellent (he gets 5 stars) but I felt that he was being pushed organizationally (by management via the mechanics then service) to push other repairs which were either unneeded or pre felt that he was being pushed organizationally (by management via the mechanics then service) to push other repairs which were either unneeded or prematurely needed. So I don’t completely trust these guys despite the presentable service-up. Would be interesting to learn if employees are financially incentivized to maximize repairs and overall bill which of course is the opposite of what their customers desire, More

They was rude, lied to me about my tires when I toke it somewhere else it was able to be fixed. They said they would do lifetime alignment for me when a manager in service department called I gone there an somewhere else it was able to be fixed.
