Too much upselling, no transparancy in govt mandated fees. while presenting the numbers they say every thing is mandated but on final contract adjusted towards car price increase. 2. Today Nathan, my service rep., crawled under my car and used a soap squirt bottle to find I had a nail. Turned out I had two nails. Problem solved.
