In past experiences, this has typically been a quick trip to the dealership, sign some papers, and you're out the door. Because we had an expectation that that's how this would work, we didn't really pay much attention to the fact that the sales rep tacked on over $4000 in "add on" contracts. Our buy out was supposed to be around $15k, and ended up over $20k. We actually traded the car in for another (with a different dealer), and have tried several times with both the dealer and the "add on" company to cancel these contracts, as we no longer own the car. No luck. No one will call us back. More

Pickup and Delivery Service I purchased my vehicle from this dealer in 2012 and they are the only ones who have serviced it since purchase. Yesterday I took advantage of their pickup and delivery service option. It was wonderful - the car was gone for only a couple of hours and came back fully serviced and sparkling clean. Armand was so very considerate and pleasant to me - a great experience. More
