We also work with Nick LAFFOON as our finance manager, and he was excellent, helping us get a smooth ride in the finance office. Rude to just quote 32k dollar estimate without better communication. Plan on having repair performed anywhere else. Oh. He forgot to clear or explain the orange 🔺 notice on my dash. DOES NOT REFLECT ON MY SERVICE REP. She's a star. More
