I had difficulty getting my Tucson in for service at the appointment time due to a dead battery. Appointment was rescheduled for later while I was waiting for a jump or tow. My Santa Fe Hybrid's issue was supposed to require a day to day and a half to resolve, but thanks to Justin and one of his service staff, it was done in just a few hours.
