My Service Advisor is Ashleigh Ray and she does everything perfect in my opinion. When I got there she let me do an "Add-On" which was not discussed prior to my appointment and handled it. Also, since my car was going to take quite a while to be serviced, she authorized a free concierge service for me. I was totally impressed with how I was treated in every way. Also, there was a discrepancy about Hyundai's Roadside service pricing that I questioned, and she escalated it to her manager and got it resolved. More
