The first thing about the Larry Miller dealership was that in a market of dealers tacking a premium charge on vehicles, Larry Miller was selling at MSRP. A few miles down the street, another Hyundai dea that in a market of dealers tacking a premium charge on vehicles, Larry Miller was selling at MSRP. A few miles down the street, another Hyundai dealer was selling the same vehicle with a $4,000 premium. Additionally, the entire purchasing experience was made great by the fact everyone was courteous, I was treated with respect, and when my vehicle arrived and it was time to do the paperwork, I was out of there is less than 2 hours including 25 minutes of vehicle technology orientation. I had need for emergency service for a stalled vehicle, that needed to be towed to the dealership. It turns out that a part failed and required a replacement. Worst Service department! They take service appointments more than they can do the service! I had appointment at 8 am and for oil change and cabin filter change they took 2 They take service appointments more than they can do the service! I had appointment at 8 am and for oil change and cabin filter change they took 2 hour 30 minutes. Their appointment system is broken. Spoke to manager called Dirik and he was awful too... Being in business for long time they should know typically how many vehicles they can address in a day and make sure to take correct number of vehicles appointment. Don't false promise customers. Take appointments for the capacity you can do the service. Dont waste people time!! I will never do business with them in future. More
