We called the dealer 4 times inquiring about oil change on our 2021 santa fe turbo..each time young lady said You can't come in before 6500 miles or they won't pay. We thought it was 6000. I left our 2013 Tucson for service and asked to have a chuffing noise in the engine checked. I was informed that the noise was due to impending bearing failure and that the engine was in danger of seizin chuffing noise in the engine checked. I checked online though TrueCar and shortly received a text from Buddy Lee saying that he had a 2020 low mileage Kona available. We came in, test drove the car, found it like new, and purchased it. Buddy was very friendly, patient, and efficient in answering our questions and getting the necessary paperwork done. Considering the circumstances, I think we were given a very fair trade-in on the Tucson. The dealership is very clean and comfortable.
