When we later scheduled a test drive, he had exactly the car we wanted waiting for us. He was very knowlegeable about all the safety features and bells and whistles. From start to finish of the process, including the quote of the vehicle, my trade-in value and through the financing process Jorden was so respectful and private with our information. We also found the same attitude and customer service from D’Shon Warren Finance Manager. They both gave us information and advice without all the high pressure we have felt in our past experiences at other dealerships. Everything was great. Mark knows how to provide good customer service. Everyone is friendly and professional. The only thing I wished they did better was washing the cars.
