I guess that's why, as I wandered around the showroom while waiting for my service, I decided to buy a new Hyundai. Jordan was my sales person and did an excellent job of helping me figure out the car that would give me what I wanted/needed without completely blowing my budget. I like that he was willing to talk me down, rather than insisting I try to go higher like many dealerships do... And Jeff, who handled the credit process, was very helpful, friendly and efficient. EXTENDED FAMILY My husband got stuck on his first day of work with his new job, with oil gushing out of his vehicle. Thank God he rolled into the parking lot, because he didn't want to tell his new boss that he had car trouble. Oh Yeah Right! After his shift, he had a tow to the dealership and was feeling desperate. Kevin Naylor, the Fixed Operations Director , assured him that we were in good hands and gave him a loner car till it got fixed. He said the dealership would take care of the costs and also detail the car since oil had gotten all over the back of it. Not only did they fix it, detail it, but also filled the gas tank! What service. He said that the customers are their family and I now believe it. It's nice to know you can count on people, especially Larry H. Miller Hyundai when you need them. More

But this time the entire experience was excellent, thanks to the 2 sales people with whom I worked. I dealt with Tyler over the phone and negotiated my lease with him. He was helpful, honest and responsive to my needs and concerns. We were able to agree on the terms, and when I went to the dealership to finalize things, it went pretty smoothly and relatively quickly. Chris took over the registration of my car with blue link, and the final details before the purchase was complete. And he went over every single feature in the car so I was comfortable when I left that I knew what those features were and how they operated. I couldn't have asked for a better sales "team".
