They changed the oil in my car and used 5w30 oil. The specified oil is 0w20. I felt that when I said no to an air filter and a fuel system service, they were done with me. Hyundai does not show any recommendation for this service. I asked when I checked in to see why my windshield washer did not work. The service advisor said he would look into it and let me know if I needed to schedule another day for that. The inspection shows that the washer works. It does not. The car has 16,185 miles. I am concerned about the wrong oil being used. More

We felt a bit deceived by their confusing pricing. Ultimately we did not get the discount that we were promised but it was difficult to assess because they lumped things together. Also, financing we received (5.99%) was different than what was advertised (4.99%) despite our excellent credit score. They have a nice showroom but I’m not sure I would go there again. Also promised a cargo net and cargo cover. We did get the cargo cover because it was documented, but not the cargo net. Our fault because we didn’t ask them to document the cargo net too. In any event, we felt they were a bit shady in the way they operate. More
