We told him over and over we were just starting out and he was being very pushy and arrogant. Finally he got fed up with us and passed us on to a different manager. Addison came over and right away turned things around. As a team Addison and Jordon were amazing and we ended up buying a car we absolutely love! Their customer service was incredible and we left very happy! More

Good experience, would recommend I traded in my 2007 Dodge Nitro for a 2019 Hyundai. I really wanted the full electric version (not available yet) but Alex sold me on the hybrid and i I traded in my 2007 Dodge Nitro for a 2019 Hyundai. I really wanted the full electric version (not available yet) but Alex sold me on the hybrid and it seems great and a nice upgrade from the Nitro. He even let us take it to our house to make sure our Great Dane would fit in the back seat. More

We first purchased our very first Hyundai, a 2010 Elantra, and have since been back several times over the years. Our family has since purchased 2 Elantras, 2 Sonatas and a Veloster, and have had nothing but great experiences with every facet of Sales Department. From the initial contact, to Sales, Financing, Delivery and after Sales Follow-Up. About the only time that I can remember we've had to wait unreasonably long was when we purchased and closed on our Sonata on a Friday evening. Along with 5 other customers. And there was only 1 Finance Manager available because someone called in sick. We've recommended our friends to this place, and one of our friends indicated that he bought his G80 from here last year, and had the same stellar experience. As we approach another upcoming (potential) Sales Experience, since we are in the market for another new car (Genesis). The fact that we would drive all the way across town to come back here, even when there's a Hyundai dealership 1.7 miles from our house, tells you how impressed we are with this establishment. They've never jerked us around. They've always treated us fairly, honestly, and they don't waste our time. Why would we go any place else? More
