We went in looking for a smaller, cheaper model but because of other needs they were able to get us a nicer, newer vehicle and although it was a higher payment we were looking for our sales person was giving us refinancing options for the future. We even weren't going to be able to be approved for financing but Albert was able to get it so we had a low down payment we could pay at a later date so we could drive the car off the lot that night. Which was important because our other vehicle was no longer working and too costly to get fixed. Overall it was a wonderful and easy process and we were completely satisfied and happy. More

We will do... yea right I purchased a used vehicle for 28k, with a “We will do” to fix a rattle. Because during the test drive, the salesperson and I couldn’t find where the I purchased a used vehicle for 28k, with a “We will do” to fix a rattle. Because during the test drive, the salesperson and I couldn’t find where the rattle was coming from. I was asked that if they fixed the rattle, would I buy the vehicle. I said yes, so I bought the vehicle with their promise to fix the rattle. One week later they had me bring in the vehicle. They had the vehicle for 4 days and determined they couldn’t fix the rattle. When I said I don’t want the vehicle with the rattle they promised to fix, they said I could trade it in on another vehicle. They offered me 21K for the trade in. 7K less than what I paid for it 2 weeks earlier. So just a warning to everyone, even if they promise something and put it in writing that does not mean they will stand behind it. More
