I went in for an oil change and got bamboozled I fell for the typical dealership tricks of being nice while getting oil change, test drive then up sell me on a new car. My sales rep was Billy and s I fell for the typical dealership tricks of being nice while getting oil change, test drive then up sell me on a new car. My sales rep was Billy and started nice then became Dr. evil with the sales tactics. My top problem (there are many) is this place ran my wife's credit even though I told them not to. They said they needed it for the trade in. I qualified for 1.9% then they came back with 6.8% with my wife on the contract. I was dumbfounded that 1. They ran her credit without permission and 2. Did it to gain profit with the interest rate. Please if you are considering of purchasing here. Run and keep running. I believe there are laws against running someone's credit without permission. More
