Had follow up calls to check on how we are doing and went back this past weekend to pick up our roof rack that was special ordered and had them installed while we waited. Out of necessity we had to look for and purchase a vehicle on mother's day - not the ideal way to spend the day but it really wasn't bad. I told Andres exactly what I was looking for and what my budget was and he made it happen. Andres isn't your typical 'salesman' which was a nice change. He was super chill during the test drives, brought out a soccer ball for my kids to kick around (because 3 hours at a dealership started to get boring for them) and answered every question I had. I've already recommended him to a friend who's looking for a vehicle for her daughter. Also need to give some thumbs up to Dshon. Talking money and financing is not what I consider a good time, but working with him was a really pleasant experience, too. More

Extremely appreciative I brought in my 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo, which I purchased from a different dealership, for a scheduled oil change. While sitting in the waiting r I brought in my 2015 Hyundai Veloster Turbo, which I purchased from a different dealership, for a scheduled oil change. While sitting in the waiting room I was approached very casually and respectfully by a Client Advisor by the name of Zac Buchanan. He asked me how my weekend was and proceeded to show me the brand new Velosters. I ended up buying a brand new Veloster from Zac because for the entire extent of my visit he never pushed me or made me feel pressured in any way. I believe he did a very good job letting me fall in love with the car and he just all around had a good vibe the whole time. I am extremely happy with my purchase and have already referred him to some friends/coworkers. If I decide to upgrade in the future, he is the man I'm going to call. The entire atmosphere of the dealership was inviting and all other employees showed respect and not once did I feel negativity from anyone. I had a very enjoyable experience and I do believe that S. Great customer service and buying experience! I had taken in my Elantra for service and while I was waiting, I met Zac Buchanan. He asked about my vehicle and if I was interested in their current I had taken in my Elantra for service and while I was waiting, I met Zac Buchanan. He asked about my vehicle and if I was interested in their current sales/rebates. I told him YES, but that I was leasing and didn't have much for a down payment, etc. He worked so hard to get me a great deal on a brand new Sonata. Zac was GREAT!
