To say I came in under duress is an understatement. Paul was very patient and understanding with me. He had a calm demeanor that helped keep me calm. I didn't think I could afford a new car but Paul helped me find a great year end deal for a car that I love. Definitely an upgrade. I'm still taking it all in but my car is beautiful and Paul really took the time to understand my situation and help me get a great deal I could afford. Kyle also helped me find a great warranty coverage within my limited budget and thoroughly explained all of the services I can get with my new car with Hyundai. More

For the very beginning...they listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to upsell or steer us to something different. We made it clear that given our distance (we live an hour away) that we preferred to do all of the shopping and numbers over the phone and they were more than willing to work with us. Sadly...there are not many dealerships that are not as receptive to our request. We took care of it all over the phone....drove to the dealership...signed some papers and we were off.....very quick and pleasant experience. Just to further speak to the level of service Paul provided....there was an issue with the paperwork that required my wife and I to sign again. Given we were an hour away it would have been tough to get over there during the week.....so Paul jumped in a car and drove to our home to finish the paperwork....now that is service!! We will be back for sure when it's time to purchase our next vehicle. Thanks again to the entire team and special shout out to Paul!!! More
