I was very up front about my 2001 Altima that had 199,000 miles on it and was being a money pit and my bankruptcy of 5 years ago, and they responded with the opportunity for me to fix that. Unbelievable!! I love you guys! The atmosphere I could FEEL was genuinely friendly and respectful of ALL who entered. That you cannot fake. I had spoken to Robert Smith before we arrived and told him about my son's expectactions and also his quirks (he is very shy and nervous around people he doesn't know.) They made Max feel so comfortable from the very start and even picked a car for him to test drive first that he loved right off the bat! Max didn't buy a car today, he learned that in order to have the payments he wants he needs just a little more down. However, his goal is to have enough in a couple of months to go back and buy a car. I think this dealership probably has a customer for life and he technically hasn't driven off the lot yet! They truly made it feel like a stress-free experience! Thank you Robert Smith for making this a wonderful memory, we will see you in a few months! More
