Service is oiustanding, used for 8 years prior to buying Trinki is a man that avoids any type of conflict- I have to this day have never been satisfied with any answers or should I say non-answers from LM a Trinki is a man that avoids any type of conflict- I have to this day have never been satisfied with any answers or should I say non-answers from LM associate as to why my invoice says one thing and my Mfg sticker has another, after a long letter to Trinki, he finally responded with a phone call telling me That the car I was charged for was a different car, but the car that was delivered was the same, at point in March he told me he would put the entire case in a letter and send to me. Since then I called a number of times and left voice messages- to hear from him I guess one has to wait till "xxxx Freezes Over".. If he had been a customer advocate, he would have compared the two invoices and seen that the dealer add ons were not the same. IE: I was charged for my tint, did not get door guards, did not get nitrogen in tires. However, I did get the paint package and the engraving. I am taking a small amount of refund in my payment of glass tint, and none installation of door guards [which I purchased myself] and tire nitrogen. Not a big Deal, but here it is Sept and this man just ignore me like I don't exist or even purchased a car. The only reason I have waited this long is my wife and myself are involved in a cancer treatment of a very good friend who is at life's end. I just looked over at the comment for the service Mgr. ( second to none) As to Trinki I could say the same except in a negative category. More than likely, I really don't expect to hear from him and I do not want to hear from one of his subordinates. I don't even want to walk the sales floors of LM, nor do I use the service, I bring my car to the new Hyundai dealer in Surprise Auto Park. I had spent 8 years in LM service with my Azera, but I just can bring myself to go to a place where as a loyal customer I was treated very SHABBY. Vic Bromberg-- in your records More

Great atmosphere, Friendly people! When you pull in to LHMH of Peoria, you are immediately approached by a friendly sales person. You are not bombarded by vultures. Loren Rosenberg is tremendous. There is no pressure to buy only the assurance that you are going to get what you want or the deal isn't happening. I didn't feel anxious as I have in the past with other dealerships. I bought my last car from Camelback Hyundai and absolutely REFUSE to go back there because of the turnover and how they made me feel as if they got my money so had no use for me. I would DEFINITELY go back to Larry H Miller Hyundai. It was the best car buying experience I've ever had! More

amazing, wonderful, efficient Jason, my service adviser is very personable, friendly and efficient. Wonderful experience until we got to the end. The salesman, "Jake C" was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our needs and wants. He searched the inventory and found examples of the 3 possible The salesman, "Jake C" was friendly, knowledgeable and listened to our needs and wants. He searched the inventory and found examples of the 3 possible choices that we wanted to check out. After making our decision, sadly the experience began to drag. It seemed the finance office took forever to get our papers ready, even though our lease was very problem free. After signing the papers, it took forever(over 3 hours) to actually be able to drive our new Tucson off the lot. Bottom line, Jake, Marisa and the finance man we're shining example of professionals and represented Larry Miller exceptionally. The employees are great, but the process needs to be tuned up. More

Excellent experience Beau Tupper and Bryson Martinez couldn't have made this experience any better. We bought our soon to be 16 year old son this car.
