The guys were very nice and helpful though I did feel a little confused about the way they were processing us. We were left alone alot and I kinda feel like we got wiggled into the vehicle we bought. We specifically stated we could not afford more than 300 a mo and left with 459 a month. I don't even understand how that happened. My remorse kicked in about a week after. I should have said no then. But we do like the car and maybe can bring it back for something else later. However as far as the sales guys they were nice especially the first one. I believe that was Tyler. The second one was not so great. He did not seem like he was being totally up front with us. Then there was the deal itself. We were given the 2500 rebate which went to the car price and then my husband promised a check for a veteran bonus. He still has not received that. He is old fashioned and so does not think you all were honest. He thinks you lied to him and he's not happy. 500.00 is a big deal to a disabled vet. It would give him something in recognition of his service. Frankly I think that it was used to get us to sign quicker. That's where Mr Alves comes in. Nice man. Needs a little calming or less caffeine. He was honest with us but I'm still not convinced I could not have been in the other car I drove for less money. That's it. please let me know what the deal is with the check for Steve. You don't live with the man so you wouldn't get what that means. Alyce Baker More
