I dealt with Mario Ruiz by phone from the East Coast. He was very accommodative, easy to work with and extraordinarily patient with my plethora of questions. He arranged for Nick Hines, Jr. to pick us up from the PHX airport in our new car. Nick is a terrific young man who attended to us at the dealership. The only negative comment is that Mario hadn't had the new, corrected leasing paperwork prepared when we arrived at the dealership. In addition, the car had not been "detailed." We had expected to get to the dealership, sign our paperwork and leave in a relatively short time. Instead, after travelling all day from New York, it took us nearly two hours of sitting and waiting around to get processed. Other than that the rest of our experience with Larry H. I was totally comfortable and felt that we had an immediate connection. She found the car I was looking for and we did a test drive. It was a Santa Fe. Then I saw this beautiful Tucson in Garnet Red sitting outside the showroom window and BOOM!!! that was it. We went in, negotiated and I left as a very happy buyer. I could not be more pleased with the entire transaction from phone, to showroom, to test drive, to credit mgr. to leaving my car behind and driving off in my new Tucson. More
