The Kona on the other hand came from a different dealership and for 2 years we fought to get things done, even discussing w/the service manager, and some were never taken care of yet the charges were over the top for work not completed. Then we made the decision to go to LHM even though it was much further away from where she lives and amazingly all issues were addressed with no problem and with such great, helpful attitudes.
