We own our 3rd Genesis purchased there and a Kona purchased with a granddaughter All Genesis were purchased at LHM and the service has been excellent. The Kona on the other hand came from a different dealership and for 2 years we fought to get things done, even discussing w/the service manager, and some were never taken care of yet the charges were over the top for work not completed. Then we made the decision to go to LHM even though it was much further away from where she lives and amazingly all issues were addressed with no problem and with such great, helpful attitudes. When I arrive there I had to wait 10 minutes in the service line, that wasn't the problem. After 10 minutes of waiting, another car pulled up behind me.
