This was my cars first sevice and the experience exceeded my expectations. When I arrived there were lines on the service drive. I parked my car and walked up to the service desk, Kevin was busy with a clien my expectations. When I arrived there were lines on the service drive. He greeted me and took the information, contacted a driver to take me home and they arrived within minutes. my car was ready within 2.5 hours and a driver was sent to pick me up. Everyone was friendly, my car was nice and clean. Even though Kevin was very busy he stayed calm and friendly....outside in the heat. This is the second time I have been to the dealership and the staff has treated me with great service. More
