Case 21304894 Christian is the contact person at Hyundai headquarters. I am disappointed that Larry Miller did not perform an adequate transmission wear assessment based on operating the vehicle almost 500 miles with low transmission fluid. Hyundai headquarters has made an appointment with Chapman Hyundai to perform a transmission wear assessment under the vehicle warranty program. I felt that I should not be the one to champion the corrective action and that Larry Miller Hyundai would stand behind their product and service.
