Mark went above and beyond. The hood lifters in my car failed. I got a set at a part store and Mark installed them for me. He said it was no problem to do so. Aside from LM being a great dealership, I specifically came Because Dave Gonzalas is the best Hyundai mechanic anywhere I have ever been. Thanks for having him there. I especially like your online task approval system....I have never seen that before and it is quite good. Would recommend adding a comment box to the bottom of that in case there is something textual I think of to add. More
