Again, I believe I receive a great value and great customer service at Larry Miller Nissan. I figured that this was a typical "dealer" up-sell and that I should be aware. When I took the car into a second shop, they mentioned the same problems and even though the shop was one of the discount repair joints, they were more expensive and they could not complete some of the repairs. From now on, I only use Larry Miller Nissan for my repairs. They offer great customer service, easy appointment scheduling, fantastic coupons that really save me money and competent repairs. I would highly recommend Larry Miller Nissan for Nissan repairs and service. More
We went to Larry H Miller Nissan to take a look at the Frontier and Xterra. While we looked they offered to give us a no obligation appraisal of our Mercury Mountaineer we were considering trading. After driving both my wife and I agreed we like the Xterra better. At that point in time it was already 8:30pm, thirty minutes after closing. Even then we were not rushed to make up our minds. LHM made us a fair offer for the trade and gave us a nice discount on the Xterra along with a $500 gas card. The deal went just as it had been described when the paperwork was presented. They got us a competive rate (4.10%) and the payment was were we wanted. The Xterra was detailed and filled with gas by the time we were done signing! Probably the first time we have bought a vehicle and had a nice time doing it! Keep up the good work! More
When I decided to buy a 2011 Nissan Maxima fully loaded with every bell and whistle possible a few months ago it became apparent rather quickly that the car did not exist in North America. Because I office out of Colorado Springs I began to visit Nissan dealerships everywhere from the southern part to the northern part of Colorado. Many salespeople and many dealerships had the opportunity to EARN my business, but only one stood out head and shoulders above the rest. From the first moment I contacted Larry Miller Nissan I have been nothing less than impressed. Dave Koprowski was prompt and courteous in his initial response and has been the consummate professional throughout the entire process. Kody May was also a pleasure to work with in every respect. A few weeks after special ordering the perfect 2011 Maxima from the factory things took a turn for the worse. The tsunami that hit Japan and the devastation that followed made it unlikely we would be seeing my special order vehicle stateside anytime soon. However, this was not about to stop Mr. Koprowski from delivering what he had promised. The very day that I was informed that it could be months before my new car hit the showroom floor Mr. Koprowski was able to locate an exact match all the way across the country. Within just a few short weeks, and ahead schedule I might add, I was driving away with even more than what was initially promised! I’ll conclude by sharing that my profession requires me to travel the country training hundreds of business owners and sales professionals each week. This training embraces the philosophy of them conducting themselves with honesty, integrity, character and sales expertise based on high service, not high pressure. If Dave Koprowski worked in my organization he would be a superstar among stars. If someone is shopping for a dealership with honesty and integrity that does business the right way, my recommendation would be to save yourself some time and choose Larry H. Dave was extremely attentive to my needs. From the moment I drove onto the dealership, he immediately greeted me and made me feel welcomed. He found out my needs and made me feel valued as a customer. His priority was to meet my time frame and budget. He asked me if this was the vehicle for me and I knew it was. He immediately started on my paperwork. There was no hassel and haggering. I signed with-in 30 mins and was out with my new car. This has been my best car buying experience ever. More
The only thing I would have liked to have different would have been a car wash. Every where else we have gone and got any kind of service done we had a wash. Highly recommend this dealership. I came in at about 7:15 pm and the staff stayed until the sale was complete and I was satisfied. My daughter and I left around 9:45 pm with a new Murano LE. Again, my experience at Larry Miller Nissan went beyond my expectations. I wanted to buy my second car from Dave after my first experience and I am very glad I did. This did not feel like going into a car dealership to buy a car. Dave was not pushy in the least and was more than willing to help me find what I wanted. In the end what he found me was better than what I originally wanted and the price he gave me (with no haggling) was better than I expected. We need to get a used car for our daughter in the fall and there is no doubt where we will go to purchase it. I highly recommed Dave and Larry Miller Nissan (as well as Brian and Paul) to everyone who asks or indicates an interest in a car and I am not one to generally do much on reviews or recommending. I wanted to lease a 2011 Rogue. Brian (The internet sales manager) and Paul (The finance manager) made it happen and with minimal brain damage. Every aspect of the experience was exceptional and I did not feel as though I had just bought a car as I have experienced before, which was n would. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. I recently filed bankruptcy thus I am trying my hardest to seek ways to re-establish my credit. I had received 11 letters for car offers, had 5 rejections, had 2 offers however the cars and prices that were offered were garbage. For whatever reason people treat you as though if your credit is poor, you don’t deserve to have standards or as if you should just accept what is handed to you. Nevertheless, your dealership treated me like a customer and did in 6hrs what others didn't in my 6 week search. Me finding this dealership was purely by chance after an unsuccessful trail with the Larry M Nissan off of Colfax and Wadsworth and I feel like one of the luckiest people in Denver. I am extremely grateful and this will certainly not be the last you hear from me! I cannot express my full gratitude in only 550 characters. However thank you so much and may God bless you all!
