I would warn anyone against doing business will Larry Miller Nissan. They will refuse to do warranty work because “Nissan might punish them”, and instead blame the customer. They will also try and sell you services that were just completed on your vehicle. I had my Nissan Titan towed in the day after Memorial Day when I noticed something in the rear end was leaking. They quickly came back and said the rear differential actuator solenoid was broken off, and it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. They sent a short video of the failed part, but it did not support their claims. There was no impact of anything hitting it. The top front part of the differential would also be hard for anything to get to. They completely failed under the Implied Warranties provision of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act by disregarding a written warranty without sufficient evidence of an outside impact causing the part to fail. After going to Nissan corporate as recommended by the service advisor, I was unable to reach the person assigned to my case for 10 days as they were on vacation. After 3 voicemails and threatening legal action, the woman assigned to my case finally called me back and just repeated what the dealer said. How could she not? She was clearly on the other side of the world, and likely no automotive experience to know what she was looking at. After being there for 2+ weeks, I needed my truck back. I asked the advisor the exact cost of repair, as well as a timeline because I was looking at options of them doing it vs my mechanic. I was told the part was in stock, and work could start immediately. That was not in fact the case. They had to order the part, something happened in shipping, and it took 2 extra days. Once completed, I went to pick up my truck. The bill was more than I was told it was going to be. Once I showed this older gentleman the text of me being told the exact cost, he marched off mumbling under his breath. He took it to someone to correct it. I also want to acknowledge that my advisor did hunt down a coupon for me that saved me money, for which I appreciate. However, this should have been covered under warranty and I shouldn’t have been out of pocket at all. When my truck was in their service dept 2-3 months prior, they recommended the belt be changed. The next time I took it to my mechanic for an oil change, I had them replace the belt. When it went in for service this time, the belt had been 1500-2000 miles on it. Once again, they tried selling me a belt replacement. With all their “multi point inspection” promises all over their website, it would’ve taken 30 seconds for anyone with any level of automotive knowledge to pop the hood and see that the belt was brand new. I immediately can’t help but stop and think of people that might’ve been taken advantage of by this behavior, and I have reported the dealer to the FTC for consumer fraud. As the warranty on my Titan is nearing its end, I have begun to consider downsizing to a Frontier as my kids are now grown and I don’t need all the room. However, I would never purchase anything from this dealer and will be looking elsewhere. More

Nissan adviser refused to get a diagnostic, unless I paid $750, no matter if I purchased an extra warranty 8 years/70,000 miles, even if that failure was reported couple times before the engine turned completely broken, The only thing a was received, was a call from Josue, a worker of service department of Nissan Larry H Miller, telling me, I had to paid $10,500 to get my car repaired, or I had to take my car out from the dealer, or they going to give my car as a gift to anybody else. That was a very bad "joke" for me, because I was very frustrated, worried, for my situation and the refused to get my warranties valid. They argued, I was the responsible for the failure, and I had to be responsible for the cost. I was ver frustrated and uncomfortable, first of all, my car with 28,000 miles was broken, they refused to be fixed, and the bad way they treated me; No manners, not polite. I was dealing with them several days, trying to get my car repaired. I took my car out from Nissan Larry H Miller, then, another professional mechanic shop, charged me $3,500 to get my car fixed. 60 days ago. Till today I have mind to reviewed them, I was under stress and depressed for that situation. How or why Larry H Miller refused, even with my extra warranties, purchased from them in $3500, even if that failure was reported before my main warranty ends. Then, also I paid 45 days of rental car, $35 by day. I had no experience how I do have to deal with this kind of issues with a dealer. in that moment I was ver worried, frustrated, and nervous, the customer service received from them was ver disappointed.
