For one, the price on the sticker is not what they are charging and is misleading. The price actually is $450 more than what is on the sticker. The price on the car is if you go through their finance department, which we did not plan to do. You don’t find that out until you start talking numbers. Secondly, they attempted to charge way more than the car was worth and try to push their financing off on us. They attempted to get multiple people to get us to sign off their deal. They brought the Black finance guy in to, I guess, make my wife and me feel comfortable. He walked passed us a few times before we talked about numbers. He did not say anything until we started to talk money. So obvious. Cassidy was horrible, with his bad information and double talk. Let’s say he was inaccurate in some of the things he was mentioning to us. He had the audacity to ask us to put money down to help them out. Their sale department manager, the name escapes me, was impotent and feckless in getting the deal done. As a last attempt as we were walking out the door, he said he would try to get to make a deal with us. Let’s say he was not able to do so. Not really his fault, because we were on to the next dealership . He and his group lost a deal on a car over $10k and a return customer over $450, which is negligible based on the value of the car and future business. I read a May 2020 review about them on Yelp. The reviewer mentioned that this Larry H. Miller lost about $70K due to this site’s antics. Including the car I was looking at, that is at least $80K of loss potential sales and stagnant inventory. Metrics might be bad for May. Update: I got a call from Robert, who was attempting to get my business after I sent a message to them about me giving them a negative review. He and I went back and forth, to a point that I had to ask if he was arguing with me. He invited me to the facility to talk numbers again. I thought about it, but decided not to go after sleeping on it. A waste of time and energy. His response to me letting him know I was going to give a bad review because I didn’t get the price I wanted was interesting. After I told him about my plans, he mentioned that he wasn’t “raised” to write/give bad reviews because he didn’t get the price he wanted. He goes on with his lecture and he says that I wouldn’t go to Best Buy and do that. Considering who I imagined was talking and reading between the lines, his ignorance was apparent. Not an issue, nothing personal. I deal with this type of guy regularly. Can’t get his way or can’t deal with conflict/stress/getting dominated... will start snowflaking out and say some BS that has nothing to do with the situation at hand. I guess he was “raised” like that. Secondly, he failed to realize that how he was raised has absolutely nothing, not an iota of how I do business or my bottom line. I am sure if I brought up a sob story of how I was raised, he wouldn’t and I wouldn’t expect him to care Anyhow, I found a better deal and more car for my money. In fact, I paid less money for an upgraded car than the base model car they were selling. In other words, they were attempting to sell me a lower model car at a higher cost than what I paid for the next model up with more amenities. This place needs to improve immensely. They need to be upfront with all information including pricing and not try to force people into to their financing. They need to listen attentively . I do not know how many times I told them I am using my own financing and they kept running numbers with NMAC. Don’t bring the Black finance guy for negotiations because the customers are Black. So obvious. Lastly, hold a class instructing the team how to deal with bad reviews due to not meeting the customers price. Apparently some people were “raised” not to expect bad reviews because of pricing. More

I never pictured myself a Nissan girl until I owned one and dealt with their staff. Everyone from their sales people to their service department after you own are fantastic.
