Sonia, we take all feedback seriously, but our service records do not align with the claims made in your review. We have no record of an overheat concern in 2023, and we actually performed your recent diagnostic at no charge rather than quoting the fee you mentioned. Our technicians identified severe engine sludge due to a lack of maintenance, not water in the engine, which resulted in the warranty denial. Furthermore, we find the comments attributed to our staff to be entirely inconsistent with our professional standards. While we understand the frustration of a denied repair, we must stand by the factual history of this case. – Nick Wheeler, Service Director

Well, about the $750, you are right, I am sorry for my wrong explanation. Josue Lopez was the guy that tried to have charged me $750, at first attempt. Unfortunately, I have no paper of it, it was verbally. Days later Josue called me to offer me diagnostic no charge for it. Then, I have proof from Nissan Larry H Miller, a service sheet paper, when I advised about the engine issues, in 01/09/2024. That day, dealer answered "no issues founded it". I am trying to attach pictures of that but have no option to do it.
