Specifically, the Service Advisor assigned to me, Jason Thatcher was exceptional. He was professional and is a major asset to Larry Miller, Nissan. I brought my Nissan Rogue Hybrid in for a software update and a complaint about noise in the front end. The front end problem was diagnosed as defective struts, which were under warranty, and the parts had to be ordered for delivery the next day. Jason arranged a loaner vehicle so I would not have to come back and wait quite a long time for the repair and replacement. Thank you Jason and the Larry Miller dealership. More

disappointed! Last Saturday Nov 2,2019 I had my Nissan Sentra serviced for an oil change and 3 other dealer recommended works. All works were done however I tried Last Saturday Nov 2,2019 I had my Nissan Sentra serviced for an oil change and 3 other dealer recommended works. All works were done however I tried to check my hood the following day sunday only to find out that my engine cover was not returned back and my coolant bottle damaged! I think final quality check was not done before releasing vehicle to me. I went ahead and came to the service dept to complain early Monday. Luckily the cover was still there and returned back but it looks like I need to wait for at least 7 days before you guys can replace it due to stock availability. Cut the long story short, it was an unpleasant and inconvenient experience. Hopefully , the service department can do better on quality check nextime. More

My first time there and my last time never again I had a lady who told me she was fairly new and she was training a new person. He walked away and she never listens to you when you talk. Just an awf I had a lady who told me she was fairly new and she was training a new person. He walked away and she never listens to you when you talk. Just an awful place. Took forever to get back to me on my car. Then tells me sorry I didn’t get back to you but..... I was helping other people. And told me I needed parts but I really didn’t. It was a bad place and I wouldn’t want to go there again. The staff was not good. More
