Very disappointed Car buying experience was great then lied to over and over and over again😡was promised a rebate at day of deal then when followed up all of a sudden Car buying experience was great then lied to over and over and over again😡was promised a rebate at day of deal then when followed up all of a sudden the employees that I dealt with no longer worked there. Then promised by another they would accommodate said rebate. After several weeks of calling, was told that check is in process. Then several more calls and finally spoke to someone who promised they were looking into it. And promised I would get an email. Still never received anything! Done calling! This place is a joke and no one returns calls or follows through with what they tell you! What’s wrong with just being honest. I don’t even care any more. You guys suck at customer service and obviously have a high turnover rate. I will take my business elsewhere in the future and never recommend you to any friends or family. Could have just been truthful from day one or day thirty or sixty instead of wasting my time chasing a lie! More
