I work in Sales myself and spot a sales strategy from a mile away so I am very cautious about what I believe when anyone talks to me at a car dealership. I was fortunate enough to be put in touch with Aaron and Darrin Dice as my sales team duo.. Aaron didn't try any BS upsell games. I brought him in the numbers from another car lot and asked him "what if I can get it cheaper somewhere else?" He straight faced said "then that's where you should go!" The sales "gut feeling" in me took over as this guy is who I want to do business with. He didn't try to fancy me up or offer a better deal, he explained the truth as I call it into what the quote on the paper really was saying. I trusted him enough to let him know I did not need a car but if his numbers make sense I'll consider a new car. He introduced me to Darrin Dice who was absolutely amazing!!! No bull, he was up to date on the technology behind the vehicles I wanted. Darrin made sure I was taken care of and didn't leave me to stand around the lobby for hours at a time wondering what was happening. He was on point! I trust both these guys.
