I've owned my 2012 versa sv since mid-nov 2011. I've only gone to LHM Nissan for service. Always received top-notch service. I use them for my "every 3 or 4 mo" service. Very speedy.....Always pleasant.....and when I had a recall issue, it was fixed quickly. Ditto when I've driven in without an appointment. I had a problem (my fault) within 48 hours of getting car, and they drove to my house to check/fix it (that was embarrassing!!!) THey are always willing to answer questions. (and sometimes they get a box of Dunkin' donuts !! More

Mr. Christopher Coleman was absolutely helpful as well, but I just suggest for him to be more approachable to his customers. He seemed so serious, just lack of customer service.
