My husband and I went to Larry H Miller Nissan looking for a used car and we met with Bruce Weiss. Bruce was extremely friendly and talked to us like real people, not like just another "sale". When it came time to discuss numbers and paperwork we were very pleased with how prepared he was and appreciated that we did not have to spend the entire day at the dealership -- he respected our time. As luck would have we had a couple of hours and decided to try Larry Miller Nissan. What a difference! Roger was wonderful to work with, very patient, knew the inventory, prices, and explained all of the options to our daughter who was buying the vehicle. Our daughter picked out a vehicle that was exactly want she wanted, and Josh in the finance department made it work for all of us. It was the first time in my life I have walked out of a finance department and a dealership with a smile on my face! I can't say enough about the wonderful customer service there, The facility was very nice too. The lobby was quiet, peaceful and clean. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle that doesn't want the usual high pressure that is typical of so many dealerships. Everyone in our family has a Nissan, and I know that we'll be going back to this dealership when it's time for another one. It was a 600 mile round trip for us, and worth every minute of it! More

I really love the maintenance plan that I received when I purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa for 10 yrs or 100,000 miles where I take my car in every 3 mo's or 3,000 miles oil change & rotate my tires and making purchased my 2010 Nissan Versa for 10 yrs or 100,000 miles where I take my car in every 3 mo's or 3,000 miles oil change & rotate my tires and making sure it's in tip top shape. I just brought my car in for its routine maintenance and my warranty ran out. Dustin said that there was a oil leak and he ordered the necessary part to stop the leak. I asked him what is that going to cost me and he said $0, because it has to do with the transmission and it doesn't cost me anything until 10 yrs or 100,000 miles,which ever comes first. Then there was also coolant by pass hose seeping and he checked it out and said that is so minor that nothing needs done at this point and they will keep an eye on it. I had a 200? Maxima which I had purchased from a different Nissan Dealership & I had to replace 3 fuel injectors and I was told I was out of warranty. I said no I'm not, as I brought the car 200? but he said the car was built in 200? & that's what they go by so, I ended up paying a large amount of money. Then I found out later that, that dealership is known for ripping people off and I've always heard horrible stories about how dealerships rip off their customer. However since coming to your dealership I've not only experience top service but I also over hear other customers say nothing but good about Larry H. Miller Mesa Nissan Dealership. So all I can say is Kudos, Kudos, to you for outstanding sales & service center.. More
