My wife and I were treated well by both Robert and Mark at Larry H. Miller. In fact due to Robert's honesty, respect and the fact that he is personable was THE reason I decided to purchase my vehicle at L at Larry H. Miller. I had been bouncing back and forth between dealerships with pricing etc...We all know what the "typical" car salesman is like. Robert and Mark were soft spoken, kind, and courteous...not loud boisterous and obnoxious (I wasn’t called “boss” “man” “dude” “bro” “partner” and my wife was treated with respect also, not just a tag along). I had already done all the leg work on the vehicle we want, so they only needed to win us over by hitting the right price and being likable. I loathe purchasing vehicles at dealerships because it’s hard to feel ‘good’ about the purchase. There is always that feeling that you paid too much/could have gotten a better deal somewhere else, or just feel swindled and used. With these guys I actually felt like I won…and that’s really all that matters. I’m happy with my vehicle, the price, and I don’t have a bad taste in my mouth from this transaction. More
