Overall I am not very happy with my experiance at your dealership. I had one simple request. To have my wife included in the loan on the vehicle. When I spoke with The people at Tidewater Finance, they indicated that would be ok. At the dealership we signed two differant sets of papers, single and together. Aaron was supposed to get back to me last week on Tuesday and that never happened. I have asked for some of my papers to be returned to me, and that has not happened either. As far as I can see once my name was on the dotted line that was the end of the service. If thats all you care about, you will not have repeat business from me or any one else I know. Everyone at Larry Miller was friendly. Mike Cwengros is a very energeitc individual and treated us great. The only downside of the purchase, and I want to say that it was minor, was the wait time that I had to endure to actually see the vehicle that I purchased. And due to the disaster in Japan, I can understand the limited quantity of vehicles on hand. Mike went out of his way to find the vehicle that we wanted. I had already been searching for a truck for over a week and had been disappointed at every turn. As a result, I drove onto the lot with very low expectations. I ended up meeting Vince, who is also really nice, and was offered a very fair trade-in price for my old truck, along with a great deal on a new truck. (I had originally been looking at used ones.) I unfortunately can't remember any other first names, but I met three other gentlemen in the office where Vince worked, the gentleman who did all the financial paperwork, and the gentleman who cleaned the truck, and all of them were friendly. I also appreciated the respect shown to me as a person. I'm 38 years old, but I look very young and I happened to have my father with me. At another dealer we visited, they treated me like I was a teenage girl whose daddy was buying her a truck. Needless to say, I left that dealer without another word. Everyone at Larry Miller treated my father and me both with the ultimate respect. That definitely was a factor in my decision as well. I am living on a fixed income and this purchase was a major expense for me. I needed lots of information and time to reflect on what I was going to commit myself to. I was given that time. Because I was so impressed, I purchased a service agreement for my new Juke and will be bringing it back to LHM for service. My past experience with auto purchases has not been stellar. Laura, Frank, and everyone else I met are an asset to the organization. I used the internet to research this purchase. I didn't realize that my queries would be sent to every dealership in the area. Laura was the first person to respond. The early bird got the sale. Although if she hadn't been as pleasant and well-informed as she is, I would have gone elsewhere. More
