Experience I really liked that when I pulled into the service area, someone came out immediately to assist. When Nick came to look at my car and mentioned that m I really liked that when I pulled into the service area, someone came out immediately to assist. When Nick came to look at my car and mentioned that my vehicle is up for the 45,000 mile maintenance, he provided me the cost, but did not pressure me to get the service done now. He did what I had asked and notated it on my invoice/receipt at the end of the service. And although i waited about an hour, I personally felt it was a quick turn around time from the time i dropped my car off for service. More

Very speedy.....Always pleasant.....and when I had a recall issue, it was fixed quickly. Ditto when I've driven in without an appointment. I had a problem (my fault) within 48 hours of getting car, and they drove to my house to check/fix it (that was embarrassing!!!) THey are always willing to answer questions. (and sometimes they get a box of Dunkin' donuts !! More
