Vinny Picard greeted my husband and I when we drove onto the lot. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. I test drove the model I was interested in. We purchased the Subaru Impreza. When we signed the loan papers, everything was clearly explained to us. We were given a tour of the facility and the servicing schedule was explained. Everyone was very friendly. My wife and I basically woke up one morning and decided it was time for a new vehicle. We knew we were fans of the Subaru brand as we had a legacy that has stood both the test of time and abuse! We came specifically looking for a certified used Subaru and Larry Miller in Boise was where we ended up. Zach was the first to approach us. His demeanor was very casual and he was not overly aggressive, just friendly and willing to help. I told him a rough idea of what we were looking for and he shared a good selection of inventory with us. We found something close to our price range that we test drove and loved. We did leave to look around as that was the first car we had looked at, which Zach was very cool about. Had he vomited a bunch of facts and figures on me to get us to stay and pressure the sale I probably wouldn't have returned. There were a few other options out there but Larry Miller pricing was hard to beat. I contacted Zach and told him we wanted to pursue the Outback but the price was a little out of our range. He went to bat for us getting both the price reduced and a better interest rate than our bank had pre approved! Crazy low saving us even more. Helpful and problem solving is a good way to describe the sales staff. The Finance manager clearly knew his stuff and we breezed through the paperwork. We now have a sweet certified used Subaru that was actually pretty easy to get into. Kudos to Zach and the rest of the staff for helping us through the purchase. I would definitely go back next time when we look to upgrade. More
When we first entered the dealership we were met and immediately helped and shown different cars. The sales person was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. He asked what we wanted as far as a car for both of us and we started looking at the outbacks but werent loving them. So he switched us to a crosstreck and we love it. We ended up making the purchase that day. We were very happy and very satisfied with this dealership. Never once did we feel "pressured" to buy something. More

I first started shopping for cars online. I was looking for mid-sized SUV, with great gas mileage, and was an AWD. I had a 2005 Ford Escape (my very first car I got when I turned 16) so I began looking at for mid-sized SUV, with great gas mileage, and was an AWD. I had a 2005 Ford Escape (my very first car I got when I turned 16) so I began looking at the new Ford Escapes. They were a little spendy, and I am 20 years old and going to college, so I needed a cheaper car. The 3 cars I did a lot of research on was the 2014 Ford Escape, 2013 Subaru XV, and the 2014 Mazda CX-5. The only affordable car that was AWD, high MPG, and has enough space was the Subaru. I have also hear great things about Subarus, how they handle snow and off roading. So, I then requested more information on the computer and not even 24 hours later, Jeremy Howard contacted me. My parents flew into town to help me with financing and what not. When we got to the dealership we began talking trade-in value for my car. We were first offered $4300, which is almost $1000 under KBB. We ended up getting about $6000 out of my used car and started signing the papers. The car wasn't at the dealership so they had to order it. Jeremy updated me almost daily on the tracking of my car. It was supposed to be here July 16, 2013, but he called me this morning and I went and picked up my new Subaru. Jeremy thoroughly went over every thing I needed to know about my new car and made sure it was in pristine condition to let me drive off in. I could not be any happier with my new car and the customer service I received at Larry Miller Subaru. I already know that this will not be the last Subaru I buy from them. I highly recommend Jeremy, but I am sure all the salesmen are great! Thanks again Jeremy and Larry Miller Subaru, I love my new car!! More
My sales person Neris Saric worked hard to earn my business. He did not try to force me into a car I did not want.
