Right after I purchased my used Fird Escape from Larry Miller Suoer Ford I noticed a PRking Aud FUlt that kept coming up. I called the salesman Will Shields and directed me to the used car sales manger where he made an appointment for me to come in. Jerald Diggs was the Assistant Service Manger I was to see. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He also helped me figure out the phone to my car issue. My car was ready in a short period if time but another one occurred so I brought it in a couple of days later. Jerold was put of the office so Matthew Saylor helped me. He was also very knowledgeable, helpful, and very respective. My experience overall was great and I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Thank you. Kathy Hansen More

This is now the 3rd time I have to take the car back and now the whole fuel pump install has to be completely redone. They BOTCHED the first install. If you want your vehicles fixed right and on the first go around I’d suggest avoiding super ford all together. More
