Had an appointment 9am. I was told a tire rotation would take between 1-1.5hrs. I ended up being there 3hrs. After my truck was ready. As a regular i was very disappointed with the service today. I was convinced to wait at dealership because i was told my oil change would only take an hour and my vehicle wasn’t done until 3 hours later. today. The Service representative and most of the service experience was awesome. I washed my vehicle just before I came in to your dealership and was not too thrilled to find greasy fingerprints on my driv experience was awesome. made an appointment to bring my daughters car in for a recall. Prior to bringing in they had me give them her vin to make SURE they had parts and did not need to do anything prior to the appt. So Sat brought the car in for 9:30 AM appt; they called me at 3:30 and finally let me know that I needed the app so they could have access to do the electronic recall but it was too late now for me to download the app and told me to come get my car even though they closed at 5 PM and they had my daughters car all day! The app took 30 seconds to set up. also we did not buy any of their hard upsale services which is why we think they didn’t do the recall! More
