Darra, I’m sorry for the ongoing frustration with the ID.4 connectivity—especially with SOS, maps, and the app not behaving. I know we’ve spoken several times, and I regret that I don’t have a final fix to share yet. Like I had mentioned when we have the update from VW you will be the first call I make. Volkswagen and Car-Net have assigned a dedicated engineering team to this issue and they are working to get the fix out as quickly as possible. I want this resolved just as much as you do, and we’ll continue to stay on it until it’s corrected. I’ll keep you updated as soon as we have new information.
