During that time, i was travelling for work, and despite that, Rafael was highly responsive and flexible. Based on what timezone I was in and what was going on, we communicated over email and text to take a deal forward and figure out how to move forward. When it came to the financials, the team was willing to work with me, to find the right combination of trade and car sale to meet the needs of my family. I ultimately ended up buying from another location, because of geographic distance, this location was a couple hours away. Had I not connected well with another location so close to where I live, I would have been happy to finish the process with LHM, and would encourage anyone looking for a VW in the Denver area to give LHM a call. My vehicle purchase was seamless I approached Nancy, told her what my budget was and what I was looking for, she looked up what the dealership had in stock. I chose one of the 3, we immediately went for a test drive and I fell in love with it. Nancy was incredibly friendly and she wasn't pushy...which I really appreciate. I do not like pushy sales reps. We were able to go on the test drive without needing to jump through any hoops, which I have had to do in the past at other dealerships. Nancy has followed up with me to ensure my satisfaction, which I like very much. I would definitely recommend a friend to see Nancy and I would contact her the next time I'm in the market for a new car. Definitely the best sales rep I have had the pleasure of dealing with. One thing I did not appreciate was the heavy push on purchasing an extended warranty. I did collapse and purchase it. I later returned to discontinue the extended warranty. By the behavior of the gentleman helping me take care of cancelling it, I can tell that there is likely some sort of commission involved in selling them. He gave me a bit of an attitude for cancelling it, which I did not appreciate. I did not feel that the warranty satisfied my needs and I feel like my decision in doing something like that should be respected. More
