When we found what we wanted at LHM VW they were responsive and willing to help. We bought the car but we noticed there were some things were missing after we got the car home. However, the sales and service staff have been helpful after the sale in making it right. We've still got some work to do on getting assistance on registering the vehicle out of state but I'm sure we will get there once I reach the right member of the management staff. More

But when I went to view a car and was willing to purchase,I had to leave after being there for 3 They say they strive for excellent customer service. But when I went to view a car and was willing to purchase,I had to leave after being there for 3 hours, they said to come back the next day to finish up and instead of contacting me saying someone is looking at the vehicle I was interested in they went ahead and sold it.
