We returned to Jeremy and traded in our Kia Optima for a new Passat, and it was even smoother than the first transaction. Did not tell the whole story at closing Beware with this dealer. When I bought my car from them they loaded up on items that I should have not paid for or needed. Upon closing they did not Beware with this dealer. When I bought my car from them they loaded up on items that I should have not paid for or needed. Upon closing they did not let me know that the financing put me over 150% to value. This resulted in my GAP coverage not covering the total value of my vehicle when 3 years later the car was totaled due to a hail storm. None of this was disclosed at signing. Right from the first I had problems getting things covered in the extended warranty. My air conditioner did not work when I had to use it the first time it got hot. They did not want to cover it so I had to pay for two new schrader valves and a recharge of the system, A year later after using the AC for only 4 months during the first summer the AC did not work again and they said that the parts were no longer under warranty since it had past one year. I had to go through the GM and was able to get a more reasonable settlement of only paying $100 for the copay on the extended warranty. They did not care that the first one should have been under also. I would not recommend this dealer at all. They seem like the typical used car shady salesmen. More

Express lube is great I use express lube for our 2013 Beetle and have always had great service. Sal is always helpful, keeps you updated and is a true professional.
