We were ready to buy a 2015 Wrangler Saraha and willing to overlook the damaged hard top, crunched front and back bumper as well as scratches but the manager acted like my sister was a moron for asking for an extra 1500 off to keep her payment under what she wanted as well as cover part of the cost to fix the car. A new hard top is about 3-4K alone and the bumpers could be replaced. Again if you go here she's the best sales associate but avoid the shorter bald manager at all costs. He ran my sisters credit after she asked then not too when she was approved through our bank. The guy made it seem like it was ridiculous she just wanted 1500-2000 off the price as there are quite a few imperfections in the jeep. It seemed like he just wanted out of there since it was the 4th then to help my sister get the car of her dreams. Seems like a decent place with good reviews but the bald shorter sales manager I would stay away from and you'll probably have a better experience than we did. More

We purchased a brand new GTI on 5/19/2017 that was pa Consider yourself warned! Be VERY careful with these guys and DO NOT trust what the sales says. We purchased a brand new GTI on 5/19/2017 that was part of the hail sale, the sales person Molly swore up and down that the car will be fixed back to perfect. It was a super great deal, $7000 off, but that was where our struggle began. It took 11 days before they finally fixed the damages, during this time, we had to constantly harass them to get updates. What’s worse was that they did a really really bad job. We had the vehicle for 10 days, before we brought it back for them to fix what they failed to fix the first time, then it took them another 11 days to “fix”. 11+10+11=32 days since the day we purchased the vehicle yet we don’t even have the car, but have since then have seen our insurance bill (paid that), first loan payment bill and our temp tags were about to expire! They were suppose to give us a loaner/rental during the time being but that never happened either. At first, the GM Jason was apologetic and offered to pay our first loan payment, which was really great of him. Eventually, they determined that certain damages are not going to be fixed, that the juice was not worth the squeeze. And that’s when everything went downhill. We were given with the option of A) taking the vehicle with damage “as is” and risk potentially having problems down the road. Or B) they were willing to give us a brand new with 19 miles GTI, same color and trim. They are willing to give us the money originally paid on the old one and we will have to add about $2000 to it. We chose B. When going through the numbers of the new one, we kept coming up with discrepancies. We originally put down $2000 on the old one yet that money was nowhere to be found on the new paperwork. When we asked sales manager Gary, he kept brushing off our questions but eventually slipped and said that “we already gave you a $2000 discount on the brand new one because the GM Jason wants to make you happy”…….so basically our down payment was what justified the discount on the new one? On top of that, they shorted us $60 on the price of the old one. The dealership also charged us $499 Dealer handling fee TWICE! Once on the old and once on the new one. As well as $299 Landcar VTR (theft protection) that was charged on both vehicles, a car that we barely even had! Sure they gave us about $1050 worth of discount on the Total Car extended warranty, but they charged a bunch of BS on the cars that they failed to held up their end of the bargain and make the customer pay for it. Especially the sales manager Gary stated that there is no negotiating on the $499 dealer handling fee, that they have to charge it on every transaction………I guess that applies for even when they screwed up the transaction as well?? We thought that they would do the right thing and not try to **** the customer over, but it seems more like we still got screwed in the end. Ultimately, we paid for an expensive 10-day rental vehicle. Considered yourself warned! Watch your back when you do business with these guys. If you can find a good deal while your brain can process numbers fast enough onsite, then you might get a good deal. Otherwise, go somewhere else. More
