I understand mistakes happen, the Facts SPEAK LOADER! My Insurance!!!! will cover some but I personally shouldn't come out of pocket for any!!!!! The service MANAGER(s) are rude and negligent and owning your mistake would have been the right thing to do!!! Not push it off on the customer who came in for your help and left with your in responsibilities. My car was not priority!! Like it should have been during a storm of any sort. There are rules that were not followed and still made me pay for services! Trust! you all have not heard the last of me. Thank you for wasting my time effort and trust!
