The reason I'm writing you is the reason I bought a new car this week. I had originally planned to look at cars at three Volkswagen dealerships in the Denver area. Since my last car purchase was at Emick I was leaning toward buying a car there. I had a good experience with Emick. I was met at the dealership by Shawn Williams. He is the real reason I changed my mind and decided to buy at your dealership rather than first shopping around. Shawn was a wonderful salesman and the type of salesman that I prefer. I found Shawn to be knowledgeable, trustworthy and pleasant. I was looking for either a Passat or Jetta. Shawn instinctively seemed to know what I wanted in a car and we test-drove two cars. It was during these test drives that I decided I was going to buy a car from Shawn and before I had originally planned. Because I am waiting for my payback check for my 2010 Jetta TDY I decided to finance much of the expense. For that reason I met Eric at your finance department. The thing I remember most about Eric was his pleasantness and competence. At some point I was introduced to Cindy Oursler. I was slightly familiar with that name as I had a friend who had bought a car for his daughter from Cindy and had a high opinion of her. I understand why. Cindy spent time with me the day I picked up my new car. She also took time to go over many things about the car to include helping me set up blue tooth and explaining features of the entertainment system. I really appreciated this help. Also Cindy kept in touch with me after my purchase answering a few lingering questions I had. She was accessible, prompt in her replies, knowledgeable and also extremely pleasant. I appreciated the follow up and the sustained interest she showed to her customers after the sale was complete. The experience with these three employees made it an easy decision for me to decide where to have my new car serviced. I also will be fast to recommend your dealership to my family, friends and acquaintances. It actually was on the recommendation of a friend of mine who had bought a car from Cindy that led me to your dealership in the first place. So, making buying a car a pleasant and rewarding experience not only is beneficial to your customers it also is good for your business. Next time you bump into Shawn, Eric or Cindy, please express my gratitude to them. Thanks! Pat More

An honest dependable dealership I bought my 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI through AAA, and had it serviced by LHM VW. The service department impressed me with during the past 3 years. I bought my 2013 Jetta Sportwagon TDI through AAA, and had it serviced by LHM VW. The service department impressed me with during the past 3 years. When the TDI scandal broke I felt comfortable that LHM would help guide me through the process, which they have. Since I had to replace my Jetta, reluctantly as I love the car, I investigated several other brands before deciding on a Tiguan. Jeff Brueske & the rest of your sales staff have so far exceeded my expectations during the claims process which will finalize on January 5th. Your sales program allowed me to acquire my Tiguan prior to the formal buy back date for my Jetta which made my decision much easier. More
