My brand new car Larry H Miller did a great job getting us into a new car. Worked hard for the best deal. We, we're what Larry H Miller called a "heat case". We were very upset and disappointed on how we were treated on our last deal. They said come on down and let's get you in a new car. And, that's what they did. Never would I have thought I would be in a brand spanking new car with just 10 miles on it. Zach Ayers was great, along with Tim McElvaine. I highly recommend these two guys. More

Needed a new car, they worked with me and got done quickly Incredibly helpful, bent over backwards, very courteous . They drove me to the bank, and when the bank said come back tomorrow, LHM let me bring the Incredibly helpful, bent over backwards, very courteous . They drove me to the bank, and when the bank said come back tomorrow, LHM let me bring the car home, with the promise of returning the day after to wrap up the finances. Very convenient. More

Total false deal with customer service/finance/sales My husband and I went to see Abid at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen in Tucson Arizona ..he tried getting us into a 2016 Elantra..we signed paperwork for m My husband and I went to see Abid at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen in Tucson Arizona ..he tried getting us into a 2016 Elantra..we signed paperwork for monthly payment of $389...once we gave all our information and paid for the auto insurance, we were brought other paperwork stating $498 a month payment , that is a big difference ..i will never go back to this car place/lot and will let the social media know how we as consumers are still being ripp-off in this community by people like this .And for me to trust these people , I was very wrong .I guess my business matters at Jim Click now . They are just cheater I live in Utah and found a just listed pre-owned car at Larry H Miller Volkswagen Tuscon. I called and Abid answered the phone. I gave him my credit c I live in Utah and found a just listed pre-owned car at Larry H Miller Volkswagen Tuscon. I called and Abid answered the phone. I gave him my credit card number to pay deposit. He said he will talk with manager. I never received the call back. A few hours later I called to confirm. He said there are three people interested in the car. If I really want it, I need to come there the next day. I told him I already pay the deposit. He said it is first come, first serve. After arguing for a while, I agree to flight there the next day morning. I asked him to confirm with manager to hold the car. He went back with confirmation. I booked the ticket with $400 one way flight. He asked me to forward the confirmation letter from Delta. I did and called again to double confirm. He said someone will pick me up at the airport next day. Next morning, I went to the airport. Flight is 9:45am. I received his call from Abid at 9:20 and told me someone just walked in and got the car. He asked me to cancel the ticket. He told me he will talk with manager for this situation. I never received the call. I called him. He never answered the phone. I called store manager, manager just hanged up the phone. I pay over $400 for the ticket and take one day off and never get nothing! This is the worst situation I have ever meet. They are CHEATER!! More

Car maintenance visits are normally stressful and traumatic; not at Larry H miller Volkswagon! Andrew took charge; explained everything to me and gave m e timely updates. Never any surprises.. I waited very comfortably in an extremely customer friendly waiting area. All staff with whom I had contact were very friendly and hospitable. New Car Experience I was very hesitant about trading in my vehicle because of my credit history current and past. I was able to purchase a brand new 2017 Jetta today and I was very hesitant about trading in my vehicle because of my credit history current and past. I was able to purchase a brand new 2017 Jetta today and it was such a great experience. Gary Goodin was my salesman and he was so incredibly nice and definitely an asset to the car sales world. He was knowledgeable and true to his word. Also a huge shout out to Bob Percy for going over and beyond in finding me a finance company to buy out my trade and qualify me for a new loan. Last but not least to The birthday boy Ken for making me feel like it's ok to smile and be happy, which I haven't been in quite a while. Now if your asking yourself wow this woman sounds like she's known these people forever not the case at all, just met them today but that's how comfortable they make you feel at their dealership. I most definitely would recommend Larry H Miller Volkswagen to anyone looking for a car!!! More

Great service Greg Welch helped me with my car purchase. I was a little nervous because I was doing this with out the "help of a man" there is a big preconceived no Greg Welch helped me with my car purchase. I was a little nervous because I was doing this with out the "help of a man" there is a big preconceived notion that car dealers will take advantage of a woman's vulnerability. Greg put me at ease from the very start. I didn't feel like I was getting the wool pulled over my eyes and we worked out a great deal on a car that I can't wait to pull out of the lot!
