Our experience with the people we dealt with at Larry Hopkins was uniformly good. In particular we found the person who guided us though the sales process, Felix Ong, to be outstanding. Felix was pleasant, had a good sense of humor, and seemed genuinely focused on looking after our best interest. And we found him refreshingly honest with regard to some of the complex and potentially costly choices that need to be made when buying a new car. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Larry Hopkins to anyone shopping for a new Honda, and we would especially recommend that they try of get Felix Ong from the sales team to help them make their final choice. Bad experience at Larry Hopkins Honda Went there Saturday 1/26/2019 ready to purchase an HRV or CRV for my daughter and got the old Bait And Switch. Over the years I have purchased an S2000 and two Accords from Larry Hokings Honda Sunnyvale and always had a good experience. However, this time it was different . The Sales manager Patrick Hoa Nguyen, lies through his teeth. When I told him that I was interested in a HRV he told me he could get me anew 2018 CRV for $20K and save me some money. Of course I was interested and so he passes me of to his Web Sales person. I ask the sales person what was the best deal he could me on a 2018 CRV and he comes back with figures starting at $24,888 and $26,588 !?!?!??? So I ask him where is the one for $20,000 ? Then this Web Sales person gives me attitude and gets upset with me for not accepting any of his offers. So I go back to the Sales Manager and he tells me that the best he can do for me is a basic model HRV at $21,588 and that it doesn't quality for any rebates or 1.9% financing. So I said that I would get back to him. So I go out side and call Steven's Creek Honda and they were great !!! Right off the bat I'm told that they can get me on a 2019 HRV for $19,994 at 1.9% financing. So I tell him that Mr Patrck HOA Nguyen at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale had told me that the 2019 HRV didn't qualify for that. They tell me that he is wrong. So we went to Steven's Creek Honda and they were great !!! I was shown several 2019 HRVs and their sales person AbdelTerfai was very professional and transperent, no bait and switch, no funky games and a delight to work with. Their Finance Manager, Faycal Belhocine was the best. He was also very professional and transparent with no hidden agendas, no funky games, no lies. I'm never going back to Larry Hokins Honda Sunnyvale. If you want double talk, lies, bait and switch tactics, then Larry Hopkins Honda is the place for you. Honda Civic Buy at Larry Hopkins I had a mixed experience with my shopping with Larry Hopkins Honda recently. We went in with the idea of checking out the car but not buying the same I had a mixed experience with my shopping with Larry Hopkins Honda recently. We went in with the idea of checking out the car but not buying the same day. Felix Ong helped us in selecting the right model of honda civic that suited our requirement. He also patiently explained to us the the features, helped with test drive and we were sold with the experience. The catch was the price. Granted we had not done our homework properly but I was disappointed that we paid 500$ more than the MSRP price. Was told by my colleagues that Anderson Honda gives the best price always. Lesson learnt for next time. One other thing is i get this "Tire pressure low sign" on my dashboard. I believe its a reset that needs to be done.. Hope they are right. I need to take it to the maintenance folks. More

We found the car listing on their web site and came in to look at the car. The salesman, Mohammad Iqbal, was listening to what we need, did not get pushy upselling anything we did not need. We looked at the car, did a quick test drive. Then we tried to negotiate because we thought we could get it cheaper, and they were very polite but said "we can't reduce the price because it has already been sitting on the lot for a while and we just dropped the price to sell by $1K. Then we politely left saying we will do more shopping. Then we did some more research and decided it is was actually a good deal and came back and they honored the advertised price and we got the car. I'd recommend this place and the sales person to anyone because I liked the non-hassle experience. More

Kristoffer Cabanas, my. dealer, was so nice and forthcoming that.after a couple of hours I was convinced to buy a car right then and there. He showed the models, the options, waited for my wife and kids to get there so they can pick the color both for exterior and interior. When I asked for a specific color, which is not very common, they did all that was possible to have one delivered by the next day. Honestly I was expecting to see the car in a week - knowing that many times, after the dealer seals the contract, then they are not very forthcoming to get the car fast. Not Kristoffer... He promised I would have the car by Sunday @4pm, and I had it by that time and date. The accessories I requested were not all available, so they promised I would have them in a couple of days, and so it was. There haven't been a week since I walked into their dealership surveying the market and I have the exactly the car (with the options) I wanted. Oh, they also accepted my trade in offering me a very good price for it! More
