We had previously drove to Prattville and looked at the Enclave and had done a lot of research on what kind of vehicle we wanted to purchase. With that being said when we went to test drive Brad was a jo Enclave and had done a lot of research on what kind of vehicle we wanted to purchase. With that being said when we went to test drive Brad was a joy to work with and did not pressure us. He answered all of our questions and we felt that this was a very "pain free" buying experience.
